Matthew Lightfoot established Kedram Integrated Services in 2004 seeing the need to provide Illawarra’s strata and property managers with a wide range of value-packed professional property services.

Matthew and his team are committed to providing professional property services to the Strata and Property Managers of the Illawarra, in a timely and cost effective manner.

Each month, Kedram currently delivers around 1200 independent services to over 300 properties throughout the Illawarra meeting the region’s residential and commercial property maintenance needs.
