Kedram Integrated Services currently employs 17 professional service men and women and operates 8 vehicles daily.
We are dedicated to ensuring safety and providing comprehensive training for our people.
All new recruits complete a comprehensive training program that includes:
- OH& S Induction and procedures training
- Examination and certification
- Practical demonstration and review.
In addition, each team member undergoes:
- A three month intensive coaching and support program
- Refreshment courses and appraisals every six months.
For identification and security purposes our service vehicles are marked with the Kedram Logo and our team are always in company uniform whilst on site.

Daniel Southern Daniel has a Certificate III in Cleaning Services and has worked at Kedram for approximately 5 years. He loves working in a great team with great people. He enjoys the variety and flexibility the work offers and finds the physical nature of the work keeps him fit and healthy. Daniel is committed when it comes to delivering a quality service to residents. According to him providing a consistent high level of customer service is the most important aspect of his job. “Customer service means ensuring people are happy with what you are doing, building relationships with residents and doing what ever it takes to keep their property looking great,” says Daniel. “Kedram is better than the rest because our service standards are high, we are consistent and do not hesitate to go over and above to get the job done properly.”

Dale Macey Dale has a Certificate II in Horticulture and is Turf Management Certified. Kedram has benefited from his expertise for 4 years now. Dale likes working for a good local company that is well run and offers a comfortable and relaxed working environment. Nathan Carroll Nathan is a Trade Certified Horticulturalist (Parks & Gardens) and Kedram has benefited from his ‘hands-on’ experience for the past 5 years. Nathan likes the responsibility and variety that goes with managing lots of gardens. He is most happy when he is looking after the customers and meeting their gardening needs. High standards and quality is what matters most on a job for Nathan. He relishes the opportunity to work closely with customers and understand their needs so that the best outcome is achieved. He thinks Kedram’s superiority in the property service market is a result of the staff’s consistency. “We deliver on our promises. Our standards are high and we do what ever we can to assist our customers,” he says.
