Matthew Lightfoot established Kedram Integrated Services in 2004 seeing the need to provide Illawarra’s strata and property managers with a wide range of value-packed professional property services. Matthew and his team are committed to providing professional property services to the Strata and Property Managers of the Illawarra, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Each month, Kedram currently delivers around 1500 independent services to over 350 properties throughout the Illawarra meeting the region’s residential and commercial property maintenance needs. Our clients can rely on us to:

  • Meet their service needs quickly, effectively and efficiently
  • Perform regular contract work around the same time, on the same day of each service cycle
  • Guarantee high quality service with minimum (or no) disruption to regular facilities
  • Perform all work under strict operating procedures to ensure service standards are met with cost efficiency

  • Minimize the impact any of our activity has on the environment

Kedram Integrated Services currently employs 25 professional service men and women and operates 12 vehicles daily. Kedram is also closely affiliated with quality contractors to provide additional “specialist” services.
We are dedicated to ensuring safety and providing comprehensive training for our people.
All new recruits complete a comprehensive training program that includes:

  • WH&S Induction and procedures training
  • Examination and certification
  • Practical demonstration and review.

In addition, each team member undergoes:

  • A three-month intensive coaching and support program
  • Refreshment courses and appraisals every six months.

For identification and security purposes our service vehicles are marked with the Kedram Logo and our team is always in company uniform whilst on site.
